UNAIDS Egypt

UNAIDS approached us with a challenging project; to educate and raise awareness of AIDS in Egypt. After a heavy brainstorm, we decided (based on research) that the best way to touch on such a sensitive subject was through music. So we reached out to Cairokee and recreated their hit song “White Drop – No’ta Beida” to better fit our topic. After research and conversations with real victims of the illness, we created a storyline based on a true story under the direction of the famed Taimour Taimour. Getting talents on board like Ahmed Malek and Salma Abu Deif helped push the story to reach as many people as possible.
